Family owned and operated.
Established in 2016, we began as the tiny “Bistro at the Islander” in Middleburg Heights. Thanks to the support of our customers, we were able to expand the business in 2016, moving to the new Crespo Cafe in Independence.
Anyone who enters instantly becomes a member of the fam’, That means fresh ingredients prepared by hand each morning, made-to-order specials, sandwiches, and salads, and generous portions guaranteed to fill you up.
Our customers come for the food, but stay for the company! You’re not a number on a receipt or a name on a cup to us, and we look forward to catching up with our friends every day. Take a seat in our cozy tropical shop, chow down, and enjoy the inevitable Crespo pun war and questions about how your family is doing.
So stop in today to join Peggy, Macho, their sons Al and Eddie, and the rest of the family for some delicious food and friendly conversation!
